Privacy notice

This notice covers the enquiry form on this website. It does not cover the records I keep about children in my care, which are explained separately when you register with me.

Who I am

What I collect, and why

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, your child's age or school year, when you would like to start, and what you write in the message boxes.

I use it for one thing, which is replying to your enquiry and, if it goes further, arranging a visit. I do not use it for marketing and I do not share it with anyone.

The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have asked me about a childcare place and I need your details to answer you.

How long I keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a place, I delete it within six months. If it does, your details become part of your child's records, which are kept for as long as required for childcare and Ofsted purposes and are covered by the separate notice you will be given.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email or ring. If you are not happy with how I have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
