Sessions

Before school07:45 until the school bell at 08:45, including breakfast and the walk to school.

After schoolFrom the 15:15 bell until collection. Most families finish at 17:15; later finishes can be arranged.

Sessions are booked as regular days each week, so you have the same pattern every term. If you need an extra day now and then, just ask. I will fit it in if I have space.

Fees

Fees are charged per session rather than by the hour, so you know exactly what each week costs. The price depends on the session and the days you need, so please ask and I will give you a clear figure.

How billing works. Invoices go out around the 25th of the month for the month ahead, and payment is due by 1pm on the 1st. Term dates follow Nicholas Hawksmoor, so you are only charged for the days the school is open. Nothing is charged over the holidays.

Meals and snacks

Breakfast is included in the before school session.
A warm snack is included in the after school session.
A hot tea is available instead, at a small extra charge per session.

Allergies and dietary needs are no problem, just tell me when we meet.

Late collection

I understand that traffic and work overrun sometimes. There is a late collection charge past the contracted finish time, and it appears on the following month's invoice so there is never a bill on the day. Where something has genuinely been outside your control, I use my own discretion.
